Pricing Details:
NPO Membership dues are based on the size of the organization:
- Less than 100 members: $300 annually.
- 100-499 members: $450 annually.
- 500-2,999 members: $550 annually.
- More than 3,000 members: $1,000 annually.
Requirements
External User Requirements (NPO Representatives)
Membership Application and Management:
- As an external user, I should be able to apply for membership with my organization's contact information online.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be able to securely access my organization's account.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be able to add additional contacts (up to two) that can log in to the account.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be able to update my organization's contact information online.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be able to view my organization's membership details and renewal status online.
Membership Renewal and Payments:
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be able to receive automated reminders about membership renewals and pay for renewals online.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should receive notifications when my organization's contact details need to be updated.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be required to update my total employee count when renewing each year to determine the appropriate dues amount.
- As an NP Organization account manager, I should be able to pay for my membership directly online via credit card or send in a check payment.
Account Management:
